From a lobby to your first game

Three steps before you reach the island.

  1. Set up your table

    Choose 3 or 4 players and a private or public lobby.

  2. Gather your players

    Invite friends with a link, a code or a direct invitation. The host can fill open seats with bots.

  3. Get ready and start

    Everyone selects “I'm ready”. Once all seats are filled and everyone is ready, the host starts the game.

Answers to common lobby questions.

What's the difference between public and private lobbies?

A public lobby appears in the lobby list for other players to join. A private lobby stays out of that list; players join through an invitation or code.

How do I invite my friends?

Create a lobby, then open “Invite friends” in the waiting room. Share its link or 6-character code, or send a direct invitation to a friend.

Why does the start button say it's waiting for players?

All seats must be filled and every player must be ready. Players select “I'm ready”; then the host can start. The host can also fill empty seats with bots.

Can I play without friends?

Yes. Choose “Practise with bots” on Home, or find an open seat in a public lobby.
